RING AROUND THE R...

Why is it that everyone has excitement in their job but me?

Callie, my little kindergarten teacher has had classroom drama all year. Finally the other day her ED child (that’s teacher talk for emotionally disturbed) was physically removed from the classroom. Only his 5th suspension in 3 weeks. This time the principle, assistant principle, behavior specialist, mom, and stepdad were present as the child threw chairs, overturned tables, knocked over bookcases, and ripped books apart. So this time the child will actually receive professional help.

Heidi, my sis in prison, well, she works in the prison accounting department, texted me yesterday about a rampant rash of rump rash.

I had to call her to find out what was going on.

Seems the “porters” (that’s prison talk for inmates who clean the buildings) didn’t dilute a caustic cleaning chemical before spraying it on the seats of the toilets in the building Heidi works in. Resulting in a blistering ring around the rump.

Stop laughing.

It just so happens that Heidi went home early that day so her tush wasn’t targeted.

Odd, not a single victim is willing to write a report for industrial, let alone be photographed. You know, for evidence.

The only thing I can say about my job this week is that Mr. M smelled like poop. Serious, I gagged, really!
