It is Monday (4:20am) and I need a few more days of weekend before going back to work. I woke up tired this morning. My weekend started with getting up early. I was supposed to meet at Dean's house by 8am on Saturday. He wanted to go to Lake Pleasant and fish from the shore. I didn't have a license so I went to Wal-mart at 6:30. The store was open but nobody was working there. I mean really, one cashier and a greeter. They didn't even have anyone around to watch you self check out so that wasn't open either. I headed to Del Reys but they weren't open. I was late to Dean's house but got there just as Bob (him and Mom were going too) was driving away to go get gas. We didn't end up leaving Dean's until 9. I stopped at Cabella's and spent $40 on a fishing license. So all in all I spent about $100 NOT to go fishing.
When we got to the lake it was so windy you couldn't hardly even cast off because the wind blew it right back at you. I've never really fished and don't know how. But you can look up anything on the internet and so I learned on YouTube how to tie a hook on the line.
Maybe some day. I really don't know how a person is supposed to learn to fish. Dean goes fishing all the time but when I asked if he ever catches anything he said once many years ago. So I really don't think he knows what he is doing either. We probably looked like a bunch of retards out there.
