KEEPING A JOURNAL 10-6-08

Growing up in the church I use to hear all the time, "Keep a Journal", or "Write you life story". I always thought that was something I could never do. I had nothing to write about. I had read family history stories of pioneers. Now that was something interesting to write about. But me, I had a boring life that would not even be of interest to even me, let alone any one else. Well, I have had a change of heart. I have been keeping this blog going for almost a year now and have found that I do have things to write about. Maybe shrinking shoes and hotel holidays don't compare with pioneer stories but they are my stories and I have had fun writing about them. And maybe someday my posterity will have fun reading them. My next goal is to get on Blurb and print my little life stories into my very own book.
