WHEELS ON THE BUS 6-8-08

Had a bit of excitement at work on Friday. I was almost done with the day, had 4 passengers left. I was turning a corner in a residential neighborhood when I hear this ping. And thought what the heck was that. I looked at my passenger loading door since that is where the sound came from and saw that the glass in the door was shattered. There was a hole. Lucky me, saved by the handrail. That's right! If the handrail had not deflected the BB I could be dead. At least that is what I told my boss. He said I was stretching it. Then when I told him I could feel post traumatic stress coming on and that I might need to take some paid leave, he really rolled his eyes. Seriously, some kid shot out my door glass with a BB gun. Of course the police couldn't do anything because I didn't actually see them with a bb gun. To bad though because there was glass in the middle of the intersection, like I wasn't the only one they had shot at.
